The vending software you wish you'd had two years ago.
Most operators have already swapped Excel for some 2018-era SaaS — and it still doesn't really save them time. Prestock is what that upgrade should have been: AI-native, mobile-first, properly integrated, and built by an operator who actually runs a fleet.
What's broken
The vending software market is stuck in 2014.
Operators we talk to all describe the same four frustrations. None of them are about missing features — they're about software that doesn't respect your time.
Onboarding takes a season, not a week
Implementation calls, paid training, hardware audits, three months until your first proper restock. By then you've already gone back to the spreadsheet.
Built in 2014. Still acts like it.
Cluttered UIs, painful mobile experiences, AI bolted on as a marketing line. Functional? Sometimes. Pleasant to use on the route at 6am? Not really.
Doesn't actually save you time or money
Counting slots is still manual. Picklists are still PDFs. Cash variance still surfaces a week after the run. You're paying for telemetry that mostly tells you what you already knew.
Pricing that hides the real number
Per-machine fees, per-user fees, transaction fees, AI markups, annual lock-ins, surprise renewals. By year two the bill looks nothing like the brochure.
The Prestock answer
Built the way you'd build it, if you ran the business.
Every decision in Prestock starts with a real Australian vending operation. Lake Macquarie Vending runs on it every day — long before any other operator was let near it.
Live in days, not quarters
Connect Circumtec or Nayax, import your machines, invite your team — and you're running real restocks the same week. No paid training, no implementation consultant.
Modern by default, AI where it earns its keep
Prestock is mobile-first, fast, and quiet. The AI shows up where it actually saves you time — counting slots from a photo, reading picklists out loud — not as a chatbot bolted onto a settings page.
Cuts the boring half of every route
Optix Restock takes a 10-minute slot count down to under 2. Pickr Audio makes warehouse picking hands-free. Cash variance shows up the moment you save. The savings are measurable, not theoretical.
Fair pricing, no AI markup, your data your way
Quote on request — same number for everyone in your bracket. AI usage is billed at cost. Month-to-month, cancel any time, your data exports cleanly when it does. Built by an operator who hates surprise renewals as much as you do.
Side by side
Spreadsheet, legacy SaaS, or Prestock.
The three places most Australian operators sit right now. Pick the row that hurts the most — that's the one Prestock fixes first.
From the founder
I built Prestock because the alternatives were costing me time I couldn't get back.
I run Lake Macquarie Vending. Every feature in Prestock came from an actual frustration on an actual route — counting slots in a fluorescent warehouse, squinting at a 12-page PDF picklist, discovering a $200 cash variance a week too late to do anything about it. The vending software already on the market hadn't really moved in years, and the parts that had moved weren't moving in directions that helped operators. So I built the one I wanted. It runs my business today. Now it can run yours.

A 14-day trial settles it faster than any deck.
Import a few of your machines, run a real restock with the photo flow, walk a real picklist by voice. If it doesn't shave hours off your week, you've lost nothing.
