Why don't you publish prices?
Operators run very different fleets — 12 machines vs. 200 machines, no telemetry vs. full Nayax — and we'd rather quote a fair number than hide caveats in a footnote. The trial is genuinely free, so you can decide whether the platform is worth the conversation before pricing comes up.
Is there really a free trial?
Yes. 14 days, full feature set, no credit card. You'll get help importing your machines and connecting Nayax/Circumtec from day one.
Do I pay for AI usage separately?
AI usage runs through a provider key we set up with you at onboarding, billed at cost — we don't mark it up. Most operators come in well under $20/month, even on large fleets.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime. If you outgrow Starter mid-month we'll prorate the change. Same for downgrades.
What about cancellation?
Month-to-month, cancel any time from the dashboard. We'll export your data on request, in a format your accountant won't yell at.
